Feel free to do your own investigating to see when she comes and goes, follow her to wherever she works and to see who her friends are. You might want to pick someone else to assault with your illegal gun, however, since she has a couple of close, experienced neighbors with expired permits.
Imagine what would happen if they did this with actual criminals! The outcry! I think it would be really helpful for those who'd like to do their own stakeouts and keep an eye on the real murders and thieves. Too ban that would be such an invasion of privacy. You know--like creating these maps with sex offenders' names and locations on them.
